The sauna is an ancient way of cleansing the body, mind and soul. For centuries dry heat (saunas) and steam baths have been used to promote health and longevity. The detoxifying effect of heavy perspiration is extremely beneficial to health.
Sauna is sweating induced by high, dry heat followed by showering or bathing in cold water. This process is repeated two or three times.
The sauna builds up the immune system. The difference of hot and cold disciplines the blood vessels to react quickly in order to adjust the body temperature to heat or cold. This change strengthens veins and arteries and keeps them elastic. In Finnish writings the sauna has been referred to as a "Fountain of Youth".

You will then receive details of room specifications, bench arrangement, heater size, electrical controls, ventilation, lighting and a beautifully detailed interior, together with site preparation details. |
